Sabina’s Personal Chef Service will sit down with you and to find out what your food likes and dislikes are by having you complete a food questionnaire. With this information we will be able to create your own customized menu.
Meal Preparation in your home
Sabina’s Personal Chef Service comes to your home fully equipped with pots and pans and everything needed to prepare your meals.
Grocery Shopping
Sabina’s Personal Chef Service does all the grocery shopping for you. The grocery shopping is done the same day. We purchase the freshest vegetables, top quality meats, fresh fish and fresh herbs to make your meals great tasting.
Package and Cleanup
Sabina’s Personal Chef Service packages and stores your meals in your refrigerator and freezer, leaving thawing and reheating instructions. We leave your kitchen clean and home smelling wonderful. You simply reheat the meals and enjoy the free time, the clean kitchen, and the fabulous food.

ALL DINNER SERVICES ARE BASED ON
preparing 5 Entrees at the number of servings needed for your family. Service Fee prices are as stated, as long as dietary restrictions are not too severe and food preferences are not too eclectic, if so, there may be additional food costs added.

This is a Premium Service that allows you to enjoy all fresh ingredients and nothing goes in the freezer. We have two great Fresh Services to choose from:
- Fresh Serve Entree's (1 Week Meal Service) $375.00 (5 x 2 Servings each)

This is the Standard Service that allows you to enjoy Entrees and side dishes that are prepared and stored in the refrigerator and freezer.

About the Chef
Aloha! My name is Sabina Sexton and I am the Chef/Owner of Sabina’s Personal Chef Service. I have a great passion and love for cooking and enjoying good food. I studied classical cuisine and received my diploma in Culinary Arts from Gros Bonnet Culinary Academy in Honolulu, Hawaii. Wanting to stay out of a commercial atmosphere, I continued my culinary education to become a Personal Chef and completed my Professional Personal Chef Training with the Culinary Business Academy, New Mexico. I immediately started my Personal Chef business and am currently a member of the U.S. Personal Chef Association.

What is a Personal Chef?
When you hire a USPCA Personal Chef, the chef will come to your home and conduct an interview and complete a detailed questionnaire. We have the ability to prepare gourmet meals to your specifications as well as preparing favorite recipes you may have.
Do you have to cook in my home?
Yes, that is the standard of the industry
Do I have to be home while you are there?
No, you don’t have to be home on the scheduled cooking day. Just like a house cleaning service arrangements can be made for that day.
How long are you in my home cooking?
Depending on the menu, we ask for 6 to 8 hours which includes prep, cooking and clean-up.
Do you cook all Organic?
Yes, we can cook with all Organic foods. Because of the higher cost for organic products, the food costs will be higher and will be adjusted on pricing your menu
How do I reheat the food you prepared?
Sabina’s Personal Chef Service packages and stores your meals in your refrigerator and freezer, leaving you with complete thawing and reheating instructions.
What if I am trying to lose weight or am on a special diet?
Sabina's Personal Chef Service has the ability to cook according to your tastes and to your special diet needs.
