Ever wonder, "What's for Dinner?" You're not alone. That's why I'm here; to solve all your dinner woes! Whether it's comfort food that you're craving or something more gourmet, but don't have time to cook, that's where I come in and do it all for you! This will give you an extra 10-12 hours a week to do more of the things that you want to do.

What's your time worth? Planning meals, let alone grocery shopping and preparing meals, is very time consuming. Precious time is lost that would otherwise be spent on family activities, exercise, hobbies, or just relaxation after a busy and stressful day. You'll appreciate the convenience of not having to plan, shop, prepare, and cook dinner. Even your clean-up will be minimized.

Your meals are customized just the way you like, healthy, and delicious. No fast food here. I have a wide variety of meals to choose from so you'll never get tired of the same ol' same old. Here are some samples of what you could be enjoying with your family:

About the Chef

My name is Lorraine Nielsen and Oh! How I love to cook! I learned the basics from my mother growing up. After working several years in the beautiful Napa Valley and dining at the wonderful restaurants I decided that I just had to have dishes like that! So, I experimented at home and found I really could prepare and cook meals that were just as delicious. I've cooked for family and friends for over 30 years and when I moved with my husband to Montana I wanted to cook for people who love good food, too. Now, I can prepare yummy dishes for you!

How does a Personal Chef Service work?

~You and I determine your food likes/dislikes/allergies/diet
~I plan a menu with 5 entrees/4 servings and side dishes
~On your cook date I will:
        *shop for all the groceries
        *come to your home with my own equipment
        *cook, package, label and store all your food
        *leave complete thawing and reheating instructions, and
        * clean up after myself

What if I am trying to lose weight or am on a special diet?
I can help you stay on your diet and meet your goals! All meals are portion-controlled. If you have specific needs I can discuss them with you and help you obtain them.

What areas do you service?

I serve Billings, Laurel, and Shepherd. Outside of area there is an additional $15 added to the cost.

How are prices determined?

My fee depends on the number of family members, how many servings of meals are needed, and how often you need my service. Fee starts at $200 per service plus the cost of groceries. This includes: time involved planning menus, grocery shopping, containers and labels, preparing and cooking meals, and cleanup.

Service for One or Two:                                               $200 plus the cost of groceries
(5 entrees/4 servings each=20 meals)

Service for Three:                                                         $230 plus the cost of groceries
(5 entrees/6 servings each=30 meals)

Service for Four:                                                           $250 plus the cost of groceries
(5 entrees/8 servings each=40 meals)

Service for Five:                                                            $275 plus the cost of groceries
(5 entrees/10 servings each=50 meals)

6 Entrees (4 servings each=24 meals)                      $225 plus the cost of groceries
   (no sides)
